The cars are parked where their owners live, and the map in the listing shows roughly where before you book. If the car has GoMore Keyless, you get the exact location 30 minutes before the rental starts and unlock it with the app. Otherwise you meet the owner to get the key. A one-day rental includes 150 km. If you rent for several days in a row, you get a period discount and slightly fewer kilometres per day. For a longer trip, you can buy extra kilometres when you book or until the rental starts. Unused kilometres are not refunded. More about kilometres
Yes. Every rental includes comprehensive and liability insurance and 24/7 roadside assistance in the price. If the car is damaged, you pay no more than the excess stated in your rental agreement. You can reduce or remove the excess when you book or until the rental starts. About the insurance
You may be asked to. If the car requires a deposit, you see the amount during booking, and it is charged when the owner accepts the rental. It is refunded automatically 4 days after the rental, minus any fines or excess. About deposits
