Ridesharing rules

To guarantee all members a superb experience, you must follow a few basic rules.


The following is a summary of the conditions, which all members accept when they create a profile on GoMore.


Ride price

Drivers set their own ride price when creating a ride.


Instant booking

Rides marked with 'Instant' are available for immediate booking without waiting for driver confirmation.


Partial routes

Drivers can offer partial route bookings. Passengers asks for an alternative route and price, and the drivers must accept the request.


Ratings

Driver and passenger can rate each other after the ride. The same goes for cancelled rides.


Cancellation

Cancellations should be avoided if possible. Passengers can cancel up to 24 hours before departure without paying cancellation fee:

3-24 hours before departure 50%
Less than 3 hours before departure 100%

Service fee

The GoMore service fee amounts to 9 kr + 9% per seat of the driver's income from bookings paid online.


Online payment

GoMore saves your payment details and charges the ride price 24 hours after departure only if the booking is confirmed.


Transfers

Your account balance e.g. ride payments is updated 24 hours after ride departure.


Payments

Drivers choose when to have their positive GoMore account balance paid into their bank accounts.
