GoMore Points Terms & Conditions

By using GoMore Points on the website or app you accept the following terms and conditions.

§1 Introduction

1.1 The GoMore Points Program allows registered GoMore users (an “GoMore User”) to earn credits (referred to as “Points”) that can be used on car rental bookings. Points can be earned by referring friends to GoMore (“Referrals Program”). To participate, GoMore Users must agree to these terms, which become part of the GoMore Terms.

§2 Referrals Program

2.1 How to earn Referral Points

GoMore Users can earn Points towards future GoMore bookings if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid GoMore account that complies with our Terms; and (ii) the referred friend completes a Qualifying Transaction. Both the GoMore User and the referred friend must provide a verified telephone number to be able to earn and spend points.

Points may not be earned by creating multiple GoMore Accounts.

Points accrued in multiple GoMore accounts may not be combined into one GoMore account.

2.2 Qualifying Transaction for Referrals

A Qualifying Transaction must have at least the following total value, including fees and taxes:

Rental transaction: 200 DKK, 200 SEK, 20 EUR or 40 CHF (depending on the local currency in the country of booking).

The transaction must be booked and paid for via the GoMore platform, and the referred friend must complete the transaction before the GoMore User can receive Points.

2.3 Sharing referral links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links must only be shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be shared in places where the people receiving the link cannot be reasonably expected to be personal connections.

2.4 Referred Friends

Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive Points toward their first reservation on GoMore as advertised on the website, in emails, and explained in our support section. They may vary in some cases if the referred friend signed up as part of a special promotion. Varying Points amounts and additional terms will be shown in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.

2.5 Multiple referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple GoMore Users, only the corresponding GoMore User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Points.

§3 Overall

3.1 Redeeming Points

Points can only be used towards car rental bookings on the GoMore platform.

GoMore Users must have a verified mobile number associated with their profile in order to earn and spend points.

Points will automatically appear as a payment option on the checkout page. The GoMore User has the option to apply the Points for that transaction or save for a future rental transaction.

Points have the following value towards rental bookings. For Denmark and Sweden, 1 Point is worth 1.00 DKK or SEK, respectively. For Spain, Austria, Estonia and Finland, 100 Points are worth 1.00 EUR. For Switzerland, 100 Points are worth 1.00 CHF.

Points must be used on a reservation within 6 months from the end of the month that they were issued. Points may not be transferred or exchanged for any cash or money.

Points cannot be applied towards the booking of a GoMore leasing car.

GoMore Points can only be used on bookings that are denominated in the same currency as the user’s account.

3.2 Account limits

The referring GoMore User will be credited with the Points amount described in the accompanying promotional materials. Users may not spend more than 4000 DKK, 5500 SEK, 550 EUR or 550 CHF in rental value for any given twelve month period. The limit depends on the currency of the site where the user is signed up.

3.3 Booking cancellations

Points will be refunded with the same rules that apply to monetary refunds when making cancellations. For example, if a 50% cancellation fee is applied, then 50% of the points used will be refunded. When a booking has been paid partially with points and a 50% cancellation fee is applied, we refund half of the points and half of the credit card payment.

3.4 Termination and Change

GoMore may suspend or terminate all or any part of the GoMore Points program (incl. Referral Program and Loyalty Program) or a user’s ability to participate in either at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all related activities and to suspend accounts or modify Points balances on accounts as deemed fair and appropriate.

3.5 Updates to the Terms of GoMore Points

GoMore can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the GoMore website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program, Loyalty Program, or use of GoMore Points after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
