Not far from Hillerød, you will find Mangholm – an organic farm, farm shop and farm-to-table restaurant surrounded by fields and nature. Here, you can experience life on the farm, meet the animals and enjoy produce grown and made right where you eat it.
From farm to table
The restaurants menu is centred around produce from the farm. Vegetables come from the garden, meat from the farms animals, and bread is baked using grain grown in the surrounding fields. This creates a special connection between what grows and lives at Mangholm and what ends up on your plate. Remember to book a table in advance if you want to eat at the restaurant.
