A charming little café
was created by two artistic souls, Christina and Sven, who have backgrounds in music and puppet theatre. Together, they have transformed an old foresters house in the heart of Sorø Sønderskov into a charming little café and peaceful retreat. Here, the senses and flavours take centre stage, as birdsong mingles with the scent of freshly baked bread and coffee.
Inspired by the forest, made from scratch
Every dish is a sensory experience in itself. Christina and Sven make everything from scratch, drawing inspiration for each creation directly from the forest. Their menu follows the seasons, with the flora of the surrounding forest reflected on the plate. The café is filled with a sense of presence and togetherness, creating an experience that engages all the senses.
