Responsibilities of a Keyless car owner on GoMore

As a Keyless car owner on GoMore, it is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle remains suitable for rental. This involves maintaining the car in good condition and documenting any pre-existing damages properly. Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities and the steps you should follow.

Ensuring car readiness

  • Maintain good condition: Continually ensure that your car is in good working condition. Regular maintenance and checks are crucial to provide a safe and reliable experience for renters.

  • Document pre-existing damages: Before listing your car, document any existing damages under the "existing damages" section in your profile. Include clear photos and a detailed description of each damage to ensure full transparency and avoid disputes about car condition post-rental.

Post-rental responsibilities

  • Reporting new damages: After each rental, you have 48 hours to report any new damages that were not documented by the renter at the time of car pickup and return. You must provide photographic evidence of the new damages and contact GoMore Support immediately.

  • Proof of damage: It is your responsibility to prove that any undocumented damage occurred during a rental period if it is not clear from the renter’s photos. Renters are required to take comprehensive, high-quality photos of the vehicle from all angles at both pickup and return.

Identity verification in Keyless rentals

  • No need to verify renter identity: For GoMore Keyless rentals, you do not need to verify the renter’s identity in person. GoMore manually verifies the identity of all renters before their first rental to ensure security and trust on the platform.

In sum

Being a Keyless car owner on GoMore means taking active steps to maintain your vehicle and accurately documenting any issues to ensure a smooth rental process. By fulfilling these responsibilities, you help maintain high standards of service, reduce potential conflicts, and ensure a positive experience for both you and your renters.
