On Bornholm, you will find Høstet – Denmarks first organic sea buckthorn plantation. Here, Camilla and Mads have created an entire universe around the bright orange berry, where organic farming, craftsmanship and country life go hand in hand.
From Gentofte to Bornholm
In 2009, Camilla and Mads swapped life in Gentofte for Bornholm to pursue their dream of creating their own sea buckthorn plantation. The following year, they planted the first 450 bushes at Fløjlegård near Nexø, and since then the plantation has grown to around 3,500 bushes. But Høstet is about much more than sea buckthorn. For Camilla and Mads, it is also about country life, great flavours, curiosity and the joy of sharing their knowledge with others.

Stop by Fløjlegård and explore the farm shop, where you can taste and buy Høstets products. During the summer, you can also join guided tours of the plantation and special events featuring tastings and more.
