When you lease through GoMore, you always have the option of purchasing roadside assistance for the agreement when you order the car. Roadside assistance includes emergency roadside assistance on site (start-up assistance, door opening, puncture, emergency repairs, freewheeling and towing). It will appear on your insurance certificate or insurance policy whether you have purchased this. If you are in doubt about whether you have purchased roadside assistance for your agreement, you can contact GoMore leasing, who can investigate this for you.

Drivalia: Roadside assistance can be contacted on +45 70112000.
All other: Check your leasing contract or insurance documents.
If you are leasing a new car, the vast majority of car brands a "mobility guarantee" attached during the first 12-24 months of the car's life. The mobility guarantee is a service provided by the car brand, and the coverage therefore varies from brand to brand. You can read more about your car's possible mobility guarantee by searching for the car brand followed by "Assistance" and see if you can get help through this.
N.B.: If you have GoMore Keyless installed, please remember to unlock the car in the app in order to turn off the immobilizer before calling the roadside assistance.
Roadside assistance abroad:
When you lease (12-48 months) through GoMore, you have hull insurance included in your agreement. When you have hull insurance on your car, you are also always guaranteed roadside assistance abroad.
It is SOS that helps you abroad if you become ill, have problems with the leasing car or have a traffic accident. SOS: +45 70 10 50 52.
We recommend that you download the SOS app to your smartphone. The app contains i.a. a GPS feature that allows SOS to find your geographical location in case you have a crash with your car abroad.
