Welcome to GoMore! Here is a quick guide to help you get started with renting cars on our platform.
Create and verify your account
- Visit the GoMore website or download the app.
- Sign up by providing your email, name, and a secure password or log in with Facebook, Google or AppleID.
Complete your profile
- Fill in additional details like contact number, driving licence information, and add a profile photo.
Search for a car
- Enter your rental dates and location in the search bar.
- Browse car listings and use filters to narrow down your choices based on your preferences, including the option for Keyless rentals if you prefer a contactless experience.
Book a car
- Select a car and check its availability.
- Send a booking request to the car owner and include any necessary details about your trip.
Communicate with the owner
- Use GoMore's messaging system in case you have any clarifying questions you would like to ask the owner.
Pick up the car
- For Keyless rentals, follow the instructions provided to unlock the car through the GoMore app.
- For non-Keyless rentals, meet the owner to pick up the car at the agreed location and time.
- Inspect the car for pre-existing damages, check fuel levels, and review any rental agreements in the rental contract in our app.
- Please note that only the primary renter is allowed to pick up the car.
Enjoy your rental
- Drive safely and keep in touch with the owner or our support, in case that is needed.
Return the car
- Park the car in the designated area as per the owner's or GoMore's instructions for Keyless returns, or meet with the owner to return the car for non-Keyless rentals.
- Ensure the car is locked and secure after leaving.
Leave a review
- Share your rental experience by leaving a review for the car and the owner, helping to enhance the community.
