How to change or update your password

If you have forgotten or want to change your password, you can easily reset it by following these quick steps:

  1. Go to the login page

    • Visit GoMore: Open your GoMore app or browser and navigate to the login page by clicking "Log in".
  2. Request a password reset

    • Enter your email: Provide the email address associated with your GoMore account and click "Continue".
    • Forgot password option: Click on the link “Forgot your password?” below the password entry field and then "Send reset link". You will receive an email with further instructions.
  3. Check your email

    • Open the email: Look for an email from GoMore with the subject “Reset your password.” If it is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
  4. Reset your password

    • Follow the link: Click on the link in the email to go to the password reset page. Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again, then click “Reset Password.”
  5. Log in with your new password

    • Access your account: Return to the GoMore login page and log in with your new password.

Logged in with Facebook, Google or AppleID?

Update your login details: If you have used social logins (like Facebook, Google, or Apple ID) to create your GoMore profile, you will need to reset your password through the respective platform.
