Payments are handled securely online and the driver will not receive any payment until 24 hours after the ride has departed.
We want GoMore to be a safe and pleasant experience for all members and we think it is, with 98% of all ratings are 5 stars. Further, all passengers and drivers must verify their mobile numbers.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your trip you’ll receive a full refund. Cancelling 3-24 hours before the ride will result in a fee of half the ride price. You must pay the full ride price if you cancel less than 3 hours before departure.
In the unfortunate event that the driver needs to cancel the booking, you will receive notice about the cancellation and we will automatically delete your payment.
It’s free to sign-up to GoMore and we don’t charge passengers any fees on ridesharing. You only pay for the price of the driver’s trip.
Yes, some drivers allow passengers to request to be picked up or dropped off along the route. If there is a match between your search and the driver’s route, you can request to join for part of the trip.
