GoMore already helps more than 3 million members share cars in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Finland, Switzerland and Austria.
You will be team member number five in our fast-growing company. Your wide-ranging responsibilities will include responsibility for all of our customer service, with the opportunity to grow as our business develops. You will report to Burcu Biçer, who is responsible for the Swiss market. We are based in the city of Zurich – Kreis 6. Start date: asap or upon agreement
Primary Tasks
– Day-to-day customer service: managing inbound and outbound contacts with new and potential users and building lasting customer relationships with our members.
– Insurance Processes: You will help develop our insurance products and processes with our insurance partner to ensure carsharing remains safe.
– Customer Service Tools and Procedures: you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer service systems are working well so that we can effectively help our customers. You will also evaluate the performance of our campaigns.
– You will be responsible for our other platforms such as Google Reviews and Trustpilot
– Translations
– General office duties
Requirements
– Strong customer service skills, a genuine desire to provide the best possible support to our customers and a vision that customer service is a key differentiator from the competition.
– A desire to contribute to the sustainable development of mobility
– A systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize in hectic times
– Strong communication skills with a flair for people and situations
– Friendly, helpful and open manner
– Interest in growing and taking on new tasks in the coming years
– Perfect knowledge of Swiss German as well as very good knowledge of French and English
